Mariah B. & Shelly N. have teamed up to bring you content from their real life experiences and knowledge as well as guest contributors in the areas of their expertise.

Mariah B. is a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend who is passionate about helping women find themselves again when feeling lost and hopeless. She believes that even though we have many titles as women, we often forget to fill our own cup and remember who we are as individuals — no title required. She felt that very way just 4.5 years ago, lost and out of touch with what set her soul on fire. She graduated in 2012 with her BA in Psychology and her BS in Women’s and Gender Studies with minors in Counseling, Sociology, and Communications from Eastern Washington University. This left her feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and burnt out after spending 5 years in college with revolving plans that never really led anywhere for a career. At 20 years old she graduated, moved out on her own, and really began to experience life. Mariah found that once she partnered with her current health and wellness company she was able to begin to get in touch with what made her thrive as a person. She found her passion in life — helping others find real and tangible ways to help themselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. She now is ready to share her stories with you all hoping that it will bring peace, direction and encouragement. You may always email her for private support at mariah@thereallifewoman.com
